The Toronto Six release 2021 membership program
TORONTO — Fans may be unable to attend the Toronto Six’s inaugural season due to COVID-19, but the franchise has announced a membership program that will allow supporters to cheer on the squad virtually and appear rinkside at the historic Isobel Cup.
When the Six head to Lake Placid in January 2021 to compete in the NWHL Bubble, Toronto Six Members will get exclusive access to the players and team. Similar to Major League Baseball in 2020, Six fans can also upload a photo of themselves for a stylized “Fan Face” that will be brought to Lake Placid and placed in the stands. Member’s “Fan Faces” will adorn the historic Herb Brooks Arena as the Six faceoff against the five American NWHL franchises.
“We’re heading into enemy territory,” President and Head Coach Digit Murphy said. “We want to make every game a home game and fill the stands with Toronto Six fan faces.”
For $99 plus tax, Toronto Six fans get a fan face in the stands at Lake Placid, receive a personalized shout-out on social media from a Six player, receive a player autographed picture, get a look behind the scenes at the Bubble, and more.
